What we collect

What you send us. Your name, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry — the occasion, preferred date, group size, adults and children, camping nights, the things you would like to discuss, your organisation, the area of lawn, plants or anything else you choose to write.

Booking, contact and product requests. The details you enter on the booking, contact and store pages are stored as a structured enquiry so the team can filter and follow it up. That record holds your name, contact details, the type of enquiry (event, product or general), the requested date and group size where you give them, your message, and the date and version of the privacy notice you agreed to. It does not create a confirmed booking or a customer account.

Nothing else by default. This site has no accounts, no comment forms and no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To answer your question, quote for lawn or plants, confirm a visit or booking, and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

How it is stored

Messages sent by email or through a form reach the farm’s mailbox. A booking or contact request is also stored in the farm’s own operations system (hosted with Supabase) so the team can follow it up and keep a record of what was agreed. WhatsApp messages you send us are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms as well as this notice.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The store page keeps your product enquiry in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there if you refresh; it is not sent anywhere until you choose to send it, and you can clear it by removing the items or clearing your browser data.

When a form on this site is submitted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sender is a person rather than a bot. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare and may process technical information about your browser for that purpose.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to answer you: the farm team, and the service providers that host the site, deliver our email and protect the forms. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up on anything agreed. A closed enquiry may be archived rather than deleted so the farm keeps a record of what was agreed; archived records are hidden from the day-to-day dashboard and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Email copies stay in the farm mailbox until they are cleared. If you would like a message or record removed sooner, ask us on the number or email above and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the farm on the number or email above and we will respond.

Children

Bookings and enquiries should be made by an adult. If a school or group sends us children’s details, we use them only to plan and run that visit.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
